PRODUCT INFORMATION

Agar Agar is derived from red seaweed (Galeidium purpurascens) and has a strong gelling effect. Unlike gelatin, Agar can be used in diets that exclude ingredients of animal origin. It has no taste, smell and color, it also does not need to be placed in the refrigerator to jelly. Agar agar melts at 60C, and gels at a temperature up to 40C. It contains 80% fiber and creates a feeling of satiety, which makes it suitable for weight loss diets.

 

Ingredients:

Agar powder (gelling agent E406).

 

Method of use:

Use 5 g of Agar Agar for 1 liter of liquid. Add to the liquid and heat over moderate heat until the Agar is melted. Pour the mixture into a suitable dish or serving bowls and leave to cool.

 

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, without direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
